The Mind Filter is in the business of helping individuals and teams uncover and cultivate their talents. We work with SME’s to create and deliver a Talent Strategy, and with larger organisations, designing workshops or delivering our own, coaching executives and developing teams.

My name is Jo Henwood, founder of The Mind Filter, qualified executive coach, experienced trainer and facilitator.
As well as bringing extensive up to date subject knowledge to our client's and programmes, I overlay my practical experience of being a Leader, Manager, L & D and HR professional in business.
Where these meet is the "sweet spot" that targets expertise to where it is best applied for professional success and improved business performance.
