About Me
Jo Henwood, Founder.
I have 20 years experience in people development; having set up and run training departments, created and delivered training programmes and delivered 100's of hours of coaching interventions.
I have led and managed teams, trained managers and leaders and understand the pivotal role they play in creating a productive working environment.
As a key member of the EMEA Executive Board I worked with leaders and their senior teams, so can support leaders authentically with experience and an understanding of the challenges and opportunities leadership brings.

Jo's Coaching Style
Having come from an advertising and training background I am creative in my coaching style. Over the many years coaching I have created and refined an effective coaching model that flexes with the client’s needs, and uses a broad range of coaching techniques.

Client’s can often get to the heart of their desires and blockages through exercises involving drawing, movement, objects and visual images. I use whatever catalyst the client needs in the moment.

Feedback from my coaching clients is that I offer a good balance of challenge and support, holding space but challenging when appropriate.

Jo is certified with the AoEC as a Coaching Practitioner, an accredited Voiceprint Practitioner
and is a certified user of Saville WAVE Occupational Personality Assessments.
